Pangti village is surrounded by the impounded water of the Doyang Hydro Project and the result of which has led to an increase of both domestic and international tourist inflow all year round as the areas along the banks of the Doyang reservoir is well known for its camping activities, fishing, picnicking, boating etc. The village has also been known for the Conservation of the migratory birds- Amur Falcon. The village has been declared as, “Amur Falcon Capital of the world” and has seen a spurge of both Domestic and International Tourist and scholars alike as the migratory birds roost at Pangti Village. However, despite of all developments with regard to the spurge of tourist and tourism related activities in the village, it still lacks enough accommodation facilities for the ever increasing tourist community.

Pangti village is known as the ''Amur Falcon Capital''. Every year thousands of International, National,Local Tourist visit pangti to have a glance at the magnificent birds during the roosting season but so far there is no such any such facility to recieve and accomodate the tourist for lodging and fooding.
