Project Details

With the objective to encourage and promote industrial activity NIDC manages three industrial complexes in the State. These complexes contain various factory sheds which are rented out to manufacturing oriented businesses at concessional rates. NIDC manages and maintains the Old Industrial Estate and the New Industrial Estate at Dimapur. The Old Industrial Estate and the New Industrial Estate covers a total area of 30 acres and has 25 ready built Standard Factory Sheds, which are rented out to industrial units at concessional rates.The scope of this project is to Construct Various Approach & Internal Service Roads with proper drainage facility for easy accessible to the various blocks/factory sheds within the Industrial Estate.
