The primary concern of the concept is to develop quality acaedemic background at the primary and elementary levels of education with regard to Pholami village.It has been observed since long that the quality of education in those stages is very poor due to the lack of effective intervention of the parents and community. This is due to the economic and social realities of the community.Illiterate or semi-illiterate parents who still practices subsistence agriculture are in no position to cater to the day-t0-day learning outcomes of the pupils in the before or after school hours.
