Project Details

The Shamator college is the only college under the newly created Shamator District. However, due to financial constraints, staff salary was pending for couple of months. Moreover, the present college building is also compelled to vacate within short time as it belongs to Government Model Higher Secondary school.Therfore, seeing the gravity of the situation the Yimkhiung Tribal Couincil (YTC) has appealed to the state government for multiple times to take over the college but no effort has been given so far.
