Project Details
Longleng is one of the most far flung districts in the State in relation to the State Capital Kohima (220 Kms) and further away from the commercial hub of Dimapur (260 Kms). Being placed so far away from the 2 Urban hubs of the State has resulted in a lot of demerits for the district and its people. The road infrastructure leading upto the district has also been in a pitiable condition since the district came into existence, and although efforts are being made to improve the accessibility to the district, years of neglect and disregard has already caused a myriad of issues and problems espec1ally the economic development of the people which persists till date. Additionally, various issues such as tribal issues neglect by successive governments in the past etc. have adversely effected the socio-cultural and intellectual development of the people in the district.
The project is to provide ample opportunities and assistance to the students in the higher classes so that all students can continue to pursue their education in top institutions without any financial hindrance.Also, in the near future, it is expected that the project will be able to further help aspirants crack level competitive exams such as NPSC,SSB ETC and also National Level exams like SSC,UPSC Exams etc.This initiative is to aims transform the lives of communities benefited by it
