Project Details
Nagaland has the second highest dropout rates at primary and upper primary levels (20.9% and 18.2% respectively) as per UDISE 2016-17 report. The situation further deteriorates at the secondary and higher secondary reports. And the Covid-19 pandemic has left many daily wage earners jobless which would have resulted in high level of dropouts due to financial constraints. These group of children needs to be reached out to and mainstreamed back to formal education.

1. To identify and enlist those children who are engaged in hazardous occupations and vulnerable life situations 2. Facilitate Informal Education and enable them to be mainstreamed into formal schooling system 3. Imparting suatainable life skills through various vocational activities and trainings 4. To ensure acess to protection , education, nutrition and healthcare 5. Empowering Children to actively participate in their development and to take charge of their lives 6. Bringing children together from diverse social and economic background with or without families.
