With the growth of tourism in the state in recent times, both in cultural and ecotourism and also with the efforts of state government in promotion of tourism in the state through efforts like Hornbill Festival. Mima village under Kohima district is about 17 km from kohima town, 5 km from Kisama village which is the venue for Hornbill festival and few kilometers away from Mt.Japfii and Dziikou Valley, thus setting up a home stay in the said location will be very beneficial for the members as the location is prime and feasible on account of good road conditions, scenic natural beauties, being a rich cultural village and proximity to tourist attracting locations also till now there is no home stay in the said village.
