As per the NITI Aayog SDG index and NER SDG index, Nagaland have double- digit unemployment rate. The unemployment situation has further been exacerbated due to the COVID-19 induced lockdowns. Therefore, in order to provide gainful employment, there is a need to identify skill-gap of the unemployed as well as the job demand of the market and provide adequate training. This may include training on carpentry, Masonry, Plumbing, Mechanical, etc
