Project Details
There are no hotels / motels / lodgings in the Town or the entire district of Tseminyu till today. The existing Rest House in Tseminyu Town is the only available facility for meeting the growing requirements of accommodation for government officials, visiting dignitaries and private and public guests alike. However, the capacity and inbuilt structural design of the lone Rest House is severely limited and woefully inadequate to cater to the rising demands of contemporary accommodation needs. With no resources available to correct the existing infrastructural deficiencies of the lone Rest House, the only workable remedy for the same would be in the form of active and dedicated resource investment through CSR intervention. Such a CSR project will go a long way in addressing this critical infrastructural gap.

To upgrade and strengthen the capacity of the Rest House by constructing and adding additional 8 (Eight) rooms to the existing four-room Rest House, including provisioning the house with furnishings and other modern amenities.
