Proposed Activities

In line with NEP 2020, the Department has to emphasise on reviving the rich Indian Knowledge System (IKS) particularly on the rich Traditional Knowledge System of the state which is under serious threat and need to be revived and promoted. Reviving and promoting the rich traditional knowledge system in colleges will naturally give opportunity to students to become entrepreneurs and self-reliant in promoting the rich traditional knowledge. Therefore , the Department is proposing for financial support under CSREngaging local artisans/experts, procurement of raw materials/field visits/conduct of practical sessions/honorarium/Advertisement for marketing and documentation.
