Multipurpose community hall will be a multi-purpose hall/enclave which will be use for different activities/purposes such as cultural and entertainment hall for children and older person. Community hall, conference hall, office accommodations etc. Facilities at tribal complex, conference hall, community hall, library, audio-visual room, distance education & E-learning through internet facility, games & recreational sports facilities for children and older person and other allied services.

Proposed Activities
The sole objective of the project is to maintain its tribal history and preserve and documents its endangered culture that is waning because of globalization at the same time it will provide tribal people to appreciate and understand its culture and tradition. It will also facilitate participant and access to cultural activities and promote cultural development in marginalized areas. Further it will provide straightforward documentation of indigenous tradition and translation of indigenous tradition into emerging technology and contemporary cultural modes of expression.
