the NEP 2020 emphasised on digital learning where all the Colleges have to provide online facilities fully equip with ICT facilities for -Teaching Learning, Teaching Methodology, conduct of trainings, examinations, seminars and extension of courses through ODL system, SWAYAM and MOOC courses. Unlike other mainland States, the Government Colleges in the State does not have the required ICT facilities to fully go for digital learning at this stage.
