Skill development and empowerment of 1000 households under Seyochung, Sitimi, Longmatra
and Amahator region.(Carpentry, Tailoring) Seyochung, Sitimi, Amahator and Longmatra covers half of the population of Kiphire district (An aspiration district). This region do not have proper road connectivity, hence non acceptability to market. The project aims at identifying already skilled, semi skilled labour and in most case those workers due to lack of investable capital are not able to procure machineries. By forward linking skill with equipment, this will ultimately enable increase in household income in the region.

Proposed Activities
Provide training and fill in the capital cost of individuals for procurement of machinery. Training cost@50 lakh for 1000, post training purchase of equipment for carpentry, Tailoring, metal work@10000 Rs. Per individual.
