Nagaland is in dire need of sustainable small business and enterprise. The spirit of self employment shall not only make the population self reliant but will infuse the much needed confidence in Nagaland wherein the youth don’t have to rely entirely upon the Government for employment. Automobile use is sprawling in Nagaland and the sector affects nearly everyone. There is a permanent need of automobile repair and overhauling among the vehicles of Nagaland. This project shoots two birds with one stone, ie of provision of skilled labor of mechanics on one hand and the prospect of gainful employment on the other. Once it is implemented successfully, it will address the problem of unemployment and provide jobs among the youth. To collaborate with various private automobile company, to provide up-to-date training/ courses and jobs for the trainees.
