Local vegetable vendors are almost exclusively women. These vendors do not have a proper marketing shed, often selling their products on the foot paths, with no roof to protect them from rain or sunlight.An exclusive market for local women vegetable vendors will help them sell their products faster. It will also provide them a safe environment as well as protect them from exploitation.
