The project is proposed on the gap analysis to understand and evaluate the developmental gaps in the district. The proposed project is far from satisfactory and availability of services is inadequate. The project will be implemented in Phek Hq. to augment infrastructural shortcomings. The project is proposed for establishment of Skill Centre in Phek Hq.Poor infrastructure is key obstacle to development in Phek district with lack of proper infrastructure. The project has been proposed with a focus on solving the challenges and constraints in the area with key focus on Skill development. Improving Skill development infrastructure in this district with maintenance and through establishment of Skill Centre will help the district to a large scale.
