Poor infrastructure is key obstacle to development in Tuensang District with lack of proper infrastructure such as housing and accommodation. Providing adequate infrastructure such as coaching centers for civil services aspirants is yet to be achieved. There is a need for effective longer term and integrated infrastructure planning and construction. Despite being the oldest district in the state, it is rather regrettable to see that there’s not a single institute in the district that focuses on mentoring and skilling the civil service aspirants. The project is proposed on the gap analysis to understand and evaluate the developmental aspect for the civil aspirants in the district. The purpose of the project is to initiate infrastructural development and construction of coaching centre for civil service examination, which will boost up educational development and accessibilities for the aspirants across the town and district. This project is needed to provide diagnostic and management in the field of improving education system.
