Poor infrastructure is key obstacle to development in Tuensang District with lack of proper infrastructure such as park, resort, housing and accommodation. Providing adequate infrastructure like children recreational park is yet to be achieved. There is a need for effective longer term and integrated infrastructure planning and construction in the district.Despite being the oldest district in the state, it is rather regrettable to see that there’s not a single utility in the whole of the district where children can spend quality time of fun and amusement.Construction of children’s park is the basic need for children in the district. Since the existence of the district, there is not even a single park or recreational centre for children’s in Tuensang. The purpose of the project is to initiate infrastructural development and construction of Children Park, which will help the children’s to develop mental health and recreation during leisure hours. This proposal will provide diagnostic and management in the field of improving Children psychological and mental health.
