Project Details
Poor infrastructure is key obstacle to development in Tuensang District with lack of proper infrastructure such as computer laboratory, housing and accommodation etc. in government owned institutions. Providing adequate infrastructure is yet to be achieved. There is a need for effective longer term and integrated infrastructure planning and construction in institution. Almost all the government schools in the district are poorly equipped with IT facilities, let alone imparting IT education. This is one serious concern given that the present world we live in is to a large extent dependent on IT. There is an immediate need to impart IT education in the schools curriculum, hence the need for the project. The project is essential to develop the importance of Information Technology and to impart knowledge to the students. The need of this project is to develop the use of computer with modern infrastructure and internet. The purpose of this project is to initiate infrastructural development of IT facilities in GHS/GHSS in the district for online classes and technology learning etc., which will boost up the educational development and accessibilities for the students across the district. This project will provide diagnostic and management in the field of improving IT education system.
