Project Details
Ginger & Garlic are largest spice's crop in the Wokha district which is being produced by the farmers across the district.According to the report of the Agricultural Department, every year more than 12000 Metric tons of Ginger & Garlic are being produced by the farmers in the district but due to the non-availability of the processing unit and lack of skill in post-harvest management and processing techniques, the district is not getting much benefits from Ginger and Garlic production.
