The distance makes it difficult for them to attend urgent meetings on time, thus hampering official work and causing a lot of inconveniences.Recreational centers/halls hold the key to a number of benefits that enhance the quality of life in a community. The construction of a recreational hall at Deputy Commissioner’s office complex will cater to multi-dimensional facilities. It can be place for recreational activities, health, learning, childcare, socialization, and community meetings. Therefore, construction of a recreational hall is needed for the benefits of mental, emotional, social well-being and for development of health communities.
