Facilities constitute a strategic factor in organizational functioning. This is so because they determine to a very large extend the smooth functioning of any social organization or system including Education .Teachers hold the most crucial position in the education system today, under whose charge the destiny of the children is placed by the community. Therefore, proper Infrastructural facilities for the teachers are needed for enhancing the teaching environment, improving the culture of schools, and supporting the student educational outcomes.The project is proposed for construction of accommodation for School teachers at Sukhai Village in Zunheboto district. It is seen that, the problem for residential accommodation for the teachers is rising in the village where, most of the accommodations are occupied by the indigenous people of the district. With the lack of proper infrastructure such as housing and accommodation, teachers posted in the district are said to live in rented accommodations located at various far-off places. The distance makes it difficult for them to attend schools on time, and thereby leading to poor performance of school students. Thus, augmenting the infrastructural shortcomings will highly benefit the students and the teachers as well.
