Project Details
Diploma, Graduates and young people with formal education without skill vocational training are landing up nowhere, no skill to start own business and also industry requires skill employee. Every year about 500 Diploma engineering students and 4000 -5000 graduates in general education are passing out, who are finding hard to find jobs or to start their own business. In NEP 2020, the focus in vocational education is to make the education system with more specific practical base trainings. Where, a technical student become more efficient in smaller sectors besides his/her formal education. SDG4 set to target the skilled set of the students by focusing on the employability through different means of curriculum revisions to improve the students’ efficiency and ability. The project will have a huge impact on the students, where they would be made ready for industry or own business.
