Project Details
Based on NEP 2020, Socio-economically Disadvantage groups (SEDGs) based on gender identities particular female and socio-cultural identities such as Scheduled Tribes and socio-economic conditions like the State of Nagaland has huge disparities from the rest of the Nation. There is very less number of female in technical studies, which has to be increased, also SDG4 the target is to increase the male-female ratio from baseline 2.8:1 to 1:47:1 up to target 2030. In order to achieve these targets and goals, more facilities like women hostel etc., has to be increase. Vibrant campus life is essential for high-quality teaching learning processes. NEP2020, focuses in giving plenty of opportunity for participations in sports, culture/arts, clubs dedicated to mathematics, science and engineering, community service projects etc including increasing hostel facility, In-line with NEP 2020, SDG4 also stressed on youth clubs and diversification of courses.
