The installation of solar streetlights in Chumoukedima Village is part of a pilot project promoting renewable energy and eco-friendly lighting. These solar streetlights ensure uninterrupted lighting at night, independent of the power grid, improving safety and quality of life in the village. The initiative also showcases the effectiveness of solar solutions, encouraging other organizations to replicate similar projects across Nagaland. The goal is to promote energy-efficient practices, reduce dependency on conventional electricity, and pave the way for a sustainable, energy-resilient future.
