HRD (IDAN) over the years has initiated various activities towards skilling & Education across Nagaland by fostering collaboration with reputed institutions in an initiative to support quality human resources in Nagaland. The Department has entered an MOU with Manipal College of Health Professions (MCHP), Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) with 25% scholarship for pursuing Health professional programs, Holy Grace Academy of engineering with 100% scholarship, IBM Skills-build program, Tech Mahindra Foundation Health Care Program, Salesforce, JSW (Vaani) and Devyani international for undertaking various Education and Skilling Programs. The Department has also initiated training programs, (UNNATI, UNXT, A&GA program etc.) which are ongoing, and handholds in facilitating Naga students for admissions in reputed institutions under various scholarships.
HRD (IDAN) has also taken up the initiatives to facilitate educational loan to Naga students under the Indian Bank Association.
