SPECIAL DRIVE FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT

CMMFI FACILITATION CELL, GOVERNMENT OF NAGALAND

Applications are now open for aspiring beneficiaries to apply for business and entrepreneurship development loans for the financial year 2024-25. This credit facilitation program is part of a special targeted initiative aimed at supporting key sectors of Nagaland's economy.

1. Loans under CMMFI:

SL NO Types of Activities Special Benefits under CMMFI
1 Food trucks (Highway food trucks, fast food trucks, Eatery Wagon on wheel etc) - For aspiring beneficiaries interested in starting their own food truck businesses.
  • Loans up to 15 Lakh with 30% subsidy.
  • Subsidy is back ended and credited to loan account after 2 years of routine repayment of loan.
  • Loan repayment period: 5 years.
  • 6-month moratorium to enable beneficiaries to generate livelihood before starting the loan repayment.
  • 6 months interest subvention.
  • Government Servants, PMEGP beneficiaries, and candidates who have defaulted on loans earlier are not eligible.

*Only Facilitation is provided by CMMFI Facilitation cell and loans are screened and approved by District Level Monitoring and Implementation Committee.

2 Sports infrastructure - For aspiring beneficiaries looking to establish business ventures centred around sporting activities, such as futsal turfs, badminton stadiums, and similar facilities.
3 School vans - For aspiring beneficiaries interested in providing safe school transportation services. Available vehicle options include Maruti Eeco, Tata Winger, Force Traveller, Mahindra Supro School Van, and more.
4 Enterprise relating to music & fashion - For aspiring beneficiaries looking to establish enterprises in music and fashion, such as music schools, recording studios, sound engineering services, and related ventures.
5 Establishment of Event Management Services.
6 Establishment of Kids Day care centres.
7 Piggery Breeding Farm – Promoting scientific breeding methods for sustainable and efficient livestock production.
8 Floriculture – Encouraging the cultivation of flowers using modern techniques for sustainable income and market growth.
9 Establishment of White Label ATMs – To encourage establishment entrepreneurship-oriented establishment of White label ATMs at unbanked blocks and locations that need additional ATM facilities (through vendors like Hitachi Payment Service functioning at Dimapur and Tata Indi cash having comprehensive ATM solutions).

2. Special Credit linked subsidy scheme of SCST Hub:

SL NO Types of Activities Special Benefits under CMMFI
1 Procurement of ambulance by private hospitals (1 or more ambulance within a maximum cap of ₹1Cr).
  • 25% subsidy for loans up to ₹1Cr.
  • Back ended subsidy.
  • Subsidy to be processed by National SCST Hub based on application submitted by beneficiary through bank.
  • Subsidy shall be credited to beneficiary only after successful repayment of loan for the first 3 years.
  • This subsidy cannot be clubbed with any other schemes/subsidies of Government of Nagaland or Government of India.
  • Other relevant conditions as per the Scheme.

**Only facilitation is provided by the CMMFI Facilitation Cell and final decision on the subsidy shall be that of national SC/ST Hub.

2 Procurement of school bus by private schools/colleges (1 or more with a maximum cap of ₹1Cr)
3 Procurement of Trucks and dumper trucks by existing business owners/new beneficiaries (1 or more with a maximum cap of ₹1Cr).
4 Procurement of earth movers (1 or more with a maximum cap of ₹1Cr).
5 Procurement of buses for passenger services (1 or more with a maximum cap of ₹1Cr).
6 Procurement of Tractors for leasing.
7 Construction of revenue generation linked recreational centres - auditoriums etc (1 or more with a maximum cap of ₹1Cr).
8 Other activities categorized as MSME which not specifically restricted under the scheme.
