YellowChain was launched by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Nagaland Shri. Neiphiu Rio during the 74th Independence Day on 15th August, 2020. An initiative of IDAN, YellowChain is an e-commerce platform with an idea to create an enabling environment for entrepreneurship by interlinking various stakeholders like entrepreneurs, service providers, producers, sellers, buyers, etc., under a common platform so as to enable a continuum in economic growth by way of creating new business opportunities.

Scalability and Investment

The purpose and functional model for YellowChain had been thoroughly deliberated, and it is envisioned to become a sustainable venture with long term goals, with capability and capacity becoming a benchmark of the industry in terms of its efficiency, security, eases of use and service delivery, etc by incorporating the best practices globally. 

This however, would require huge investment for management, requirement of professional man-power and infrastructure. YellowChain is therefore; open to investments and privatizing the venture to enable expansion and operation of the platform to its full potential.
